PORTFOLIO:
OLIVIA BRAUN

Below is all my work from 2018-Present. These are projects that have been the most successful when I held a position. This is organized is in reverse chronological order from positions held.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
& ACCOUNT MANAGER

At Sunny Collabs I was given the opportunity to work alongside the President helping her with the companies projects and her personal clients.

I learned about the organization of a fast-paced agency environment and how to create shot lists around fast-growing and fast-paced companies that led to increase engagement on socials and paid ads.

I worked mostly on making shot lists and organizing content shoots for Greenlane and the three different concepts of Next Level Brands: Boulon, Forbici, and Union.

After 3 months with Sunny, I was promoted to Project Coordinator where I currently organize all the different projects in Sunny. I make sure that we have a successful shoot in what the client needs for content for social and paid media but also make sure that Sunny as a company is profitable.

I have learned time management, organization, communication, budgeting, and sourcing skills. Through the 50+ brands I communicate with a month, I not only make sure to oversee everyone in the project but make sure that we are telling a story through the content we produce.

SAGO STUDENT RUN AGENCY:
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

At USF I was given the opportunity to oversee and work alongside my peers to create campaigns for companies like the Florida Department of Health and Sombra de Cacao. Both companies work closely with the College of Public Health on  campus.

I learned more about being a leader in this position and guiding students through meetings and teachings.

I worked mostly on making marketing materials for the FDOH on Celebrating Water Safely where we put together a TV Spot, radio spots, print materials, and social media.

CENTER FOR STUDENT INVOLVEMENT:
GRAPHIC DESIGNER

May 16th, 2022 - Present

At Center for Student Involvement I got a deeper understanding of Illustrator, of the different sizes to successfully market an event, how to make a brand kit and stick to it, how to take feedback, and how to work with a team.

I was in charge of making graphics for the many departments under CSI like Campus Activities Board, Center Gallery, and Fraternity and Sorority Life. I also helped the marketing team post stories and produce marketing ideas for the organization.

Through my marketing efforts I was able to raise the account from 10K followers to 11.2K.

Below are some of the most successful projects I had while at the company.

Branding Kits

At CSI I learned a lot about making a brand. They assigned me the task of making the Bulls Nite Out branding and the USF Week branding. The BNO branding is used across all marketing materials for that specific event. They then put me on the biggest task of my graphics career yet, making the USF Week branding that I would soon find out to be across all campuses, all websites, and applications used by USF. This was such a big milestone in my career.

I learned lessons of communication, feedback, time management, and graphic skills that will help me in all my future endeavors.

USF Week

USF Week is like Homecoming week but in the spring. This is where USF would celebrate USF day and have tons of events. This project was one of the most fulfilling at my short time at the company.

USF Week branding and marketing was something I had been working on from November 2022 to March 2023. This event gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone of graphics.

As you can see on the left I wanted to make it seem more like a gallery and chaotic. I wanted the branding to show off the spring time in florida including the palms trees and the sun.

In this graphic I helped to put every piece together for them to connect on the Campus Activities Board instagram.

Homecoming IG Grid_edited_edited.jpg

Homecoming Week

One of my first challenges in my position was makeing this instagram grid for homecoming week. This was a really challenging design to make up. It took time make elements that all connect that was unique.

I got to work the agency of 2Chainz to design the concert graphic and make sure it was up to standard. I had to make mutiple sizes for this event since it's such a big event. Over 30,000 accounts were reached on the concert post. An average of 7000 accounts viewed the grid posts.

I also had to get feedback from USF Marketing team to make sure my designs met to the USF branding standards.

I was the lead on this design, which has led me to be the go to graphic designer in my office. This led them to have me be lead for USF Week branding which I will add once we launch the campaign.
