ABOUT OLIVIA BRAUN
I am a highly motivated and progress-focused public relations and advertising graduate with a long-standing background in this industry. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives that have proven valuable. Throughout the course of my journey, I have perfected my graphic and visual design abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.

In my previous roles, I collaborated, problem-solved, and led digital and visual design efforts for business improvements. I am progressive-minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and intuitive with strong planning talents. In my brainstorming sessions, it allows me to coordinate activities for my team to achieve a common goal.
During my recent time at Sunny Collabs, I started as an Executive Assistant to the President and Account Manager. After 3 months, the company promoted me to Project Coordinator. Starting as an EA and Account Manager, I learned about the organization of a fast-paced agency environment and how to create shot lists for photography and videography for companies. My efforts led to increased engagement on socials and paid ads. I worked closely organizing content shoots for food and beverage companies: Greenlane and the three different concepts of Next Level Brands: Boulon Brasserie & Bakery, Forbici Modern Italian, and Union New American. I also had the responsibility to craft a brand email that reached over 100 brands in our network about successful projects and trends in the media. I also organized contract creators for content shoots based on rate and skill level. Through all these efforts, the President promoted me to oversee all projects.
As Project Coordinator I held the same responsibilities, ensured successful content shoots for all clients based on the necessity for social and paid media, organized talent to be a part of content shoots or influencer campaigns, and make Sunny profitable. I worked with many brands: Pinch A Penny, Boxed Water, CAMP, Glo Tanning, Ruth Chris, Iceshaker, etc. In this role, I have learned time management, organization, communication, budgeting, and sourcing skills. Through the 50+ brands I communicate with a month, I make sure that my team has everything they need to tell a story through the content we produce.
In my previous experience at an agency, I was a Graphic Design Intern for Evolve & Co. I was given creative freedom to help the team succeed in: reels, product mock-ups, social media posts, connections with influencers, and news stations. I led and developed clients' social media to help them raise account followership and engagement by 10%. My skills are current on the latest trends in the industry and social media. My priority is that each design has the specific brand voice and style of the client.
I have also had the opportunity to be a Creative Director at the USF advertising agency, SAGO. Through this position, I had faced many challenges and problem-solved with my team. My skills in working with a client and being a leader have grown. I have led the creation of a TV spot, multiple radio spots, and various types of collateral material.
With these experiences, I believe I would be a great addition to your team. You can contact me through the information above, I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your consideration.
